We are so excited for our 2015 Diner en Blanc - Okanagan!
Thank you for an amazing Diner en Blanc Okanagan 2014 as 850 of us lined our tables up at the beautiful and historic Father Pandosy Mission.
As guests our 2014 edition we wanted to send you this note to advise you of a few details for this upcoming summer.
SAVE THE DATE! Thursday, July 9, 2015
Last year when you registered you paid a membership to Diner en Blanc International, this membership has given you the right to attend our 2015 event as our PHASE ONE guests. Your guests last year are not members, so if they will not be your guest this year, you will either have to sponsor them (and they will be invited during phase two) or advise them to register on our waitlist. Just because you attended last year does not guarantee a spot but it does guarantee that you get an invitation to REGISTER to attend before Phase 2 and Phase 3 guests. Space is limited and you must register as soon as you can when your registration phase opens.
Phase 1 – Opens on June 9th at NOON
Phase 2 – Opens on June 15th at NOON
Phase 3 – Opens on June 17th at NOON
How sponsoring works: When you process your registration during phase one you will have the option to sponsor one guest, who will then receive their own invitation during phase two. This does not happen UNTIL the registration phase and you are confirming your own attendance. You cannot sponsor someone if you are NOT attending Diner en Blanc 2015. This sponsored person can bring one guest for a table of two at Diner en Blanc Okanagan.

In 2015 we will be increasing our attendance capacity to 1000 guests and as we did last year, registration will be first registered first confirmed. As a member of last year’s Diner en Blanc Okanagan you are definitely at an advantage for this coming year.
